Pang Susi

Eurasian Breadless potato pastry filled with spring vegetables, served with burnt apple and pineapple loquat sauce. Light, savory, with a subtle caramelized sweetness.


Moringa Dosa

Indian, Crisp fermented dosa with warm peanut curry, roasted onion, garam masala, and coconut milk. Nutty, aromatic, deeply savory.


Kolo Mee

Sabahan, East Malaysian noodle dish with chicken liver and char siu, red fermented tofu, brown sugar, shallot, and pickled mushroom. Rich, slightly sweet, layered with depth.


Pindang Asam Pedas

Malay, Stuffed vermilion rockfish with tamarind broth and nasi goreng kampung, tamarind fruit, shrimp paste, red chili, ginger, and red onion. Bright, sour heat balanced with savory rice.


Agar Agar Santan

Mamak, Coconut panna cotta with cloud fungus and black walnut crumb, black sesame, pandan, pistachio, and sour cherry. Creamy, lightly herbal, with texture and contrast.
